Wild are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Team Leader, this role with be to lead, motivate and develop a team of advisors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing escalations

  • Have a good understanding of the regulatory processes in place

  • Carry out quality assurance checks

  • Roll out new processes and be a customer service ambassador

  • Recruit and on-board new employees

  • Monitor and manage team activity

  • Lead and support a team

  • Contribute to new business ideas to improve the customer service experience

  • Work closely with the Team Manager to help improve any processes


Experience:



  • Managerial experience within an office environment

  • You will need to be proactive and driven to want the best out of a team

  • You will be motivated and a self-starter who likes to be hands on and get involved with all aspects of the department

  • Experience coaching and developing a team

  • Previously managed complaints

  • Worked in a FCA regulated role
