  • You as the first point of contact for resolving client queries and requests by phone, offering a professional, empathetic, and outstanding level of service at every interaction
  • Maintaining and developing your skills and knowledge to have an awareness of regulation, industry best practice and of the services and products we offer
  • Working with cool peers in your team, sharing best practices and insights to continually improve client experience

  • Customer Service background either client or customer facing
  • Financial Services experience preferable
