Permanent Role

<br><b>Salary:</b> £22,152.00 per annum

<br>(£10.65 per hour) dependent on age, plus

<br>Service charge (Tronc ) - Based on a 40 hour contract

<br>The Purpose of

<b>this Role:</b><br>

We are looking for an

<br>enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who enjoys being part of a team and

<br>can offer amazing customer service to our guests in our restaurants and lounge.

<br><br>

<b>Role Responsibilities:</b><br>

To accurately

<br>take orders from guests and help them with any questions they made have

<br>regarding the menu

<br>To deliver food promptly in a friendly, courteous and professional manner ensuring their expectations are exceeded

<br>Ensuring tables

<br>are cleared and cleaned once the guest has departed

<br>Strong

<br>organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well

<br>in a fast-paced environment

<br>Good listening

<br>and effective communication skills

<br>Great team

<br>spirit

<br><br>

<b>The ideal candidate:</b><br>

Whilst it can be helpful for you to have some food

<br>& beverage or customer service experience it’s not essential as for us

<br>attitude is what counts most. As long as you have bags of enthusiasm, a

<br>willingness to learn and take joy from being around people, we can teach you

<br>the rest! You’ll need to have the flexibility to work both midweek and

<br>weekends shifts.
