Totally Delicious, Trentham Gardens Tearooms are looking for great people to be part of our passionate team full of personality. Since 2009 we have been consistently providing a quality of service in the food and beverage industry.
Do you have a natural gift for hospitality and a real passion for food and drink? We are looking for a vibrant supervisor to be part of our team.
As our assistant manager you will set the standard, so a great eye for detail is a must. This individual will want to motivate and lead the team forward with passion and commitment to provide excellent customer service with a hands on approach.
What will i be doing?
- Support the management team in effectively running the daily operation
- Ensure team have clear objectives
- Maintaining our company ethos
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed
- Upholding standards and cleanliness throughout the site
- Support management with training of the team to the legal requirements of Health and Safety
What we are looking for?
A person who can easily adapt to different situations as we deliver a wide range of services, from our Kiosk to fine dining pods to weddings and functions. Along with the following;

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
