Public Health is the system lead for identifying actual and potential health need and developing strategic solutions to promote wellbeing, prevent ill-health and improve outcomes for those experiencing health and wellbeing challenges, through evidence-based practice.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within our Team and we are seeking to recruit an administrative assistant to support the whole Public Health Team in North Lincolnshire Council.
This is a diverse role and the successful candidate will be required to:
Provide a range of administration support services to the Public Health Team which includes servicing meetings including formal contract monitoring and partnership meetings involving: booking rooms, agenda setting, producing and distributing minutes and ensuring action logs are maintained
Support to project groups including producing plans from drafts, maintaining project logs.
To provide support to the Public Health Team for the monitoring/reconciliation and investigation of budgets.
To produces spreadsheets, charts, presentations and documents.
Undertake general clerical and administration duties such as diary management, arranging and administering meetings, supporting project groups and uploading documents onto YOR Tender.
With this post there is the potential for study and development through the apprenticeship levy of Business Administration L3.
