Role Overview & Responsibilities

• We are closed over Christmas, to allow our staff to enjoy their Christmas with their family and friends.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items before they go into the machine (e.g. large pots)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Help set up stations
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitise the kitchen area and leave working area clean

Requirements and skills

• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• Availability to work in shifts, during the week and on a Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.50-£12.96 per hour
