Job Description:

As an experienced Content Creator at Lead Generation Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing highly creative and visually stunning content to support our lead generation efforts. We are seeking someone with an in-depth understanding of content creation and a track record of producing exceptional videos. This is not a role for beginners; we need someone who truly understands and excels in their craft.

Working as part of our remote team based in the UK, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere when you are not actively filming. This allows you the freedom to create content in the environment that inspires you.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute creative video and graphic content that sets us apart from our competitors
• Utilise your expertise in video production, graphic design, and content editing to create visually compelling and engaging content
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storylines that resonate with our target audience
• Use your talent to bring ideas to life through innovative visual storytelling and humorous content
• Collaborate with our HR and Contracts Manager to hire actors who will enhance our videos
• Ensure the highest production quality by shooting on state-of-the-art cameras and utilising advanced editing techniques
• Collaborate with the team to identify and incorporate unique elements that capture viewers' attention and leave a lasting impact
• Continuously explore new ideas, techniques, and trends to push the boundaries of creativity in content creation
• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of content performance to iterate and improve on previous successes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing high-quality and engaging video and graphic content
• Expertise in video production, graphic design, and content editing, with proficiency in industry-standard software
• Extensive experience shooting on top-of-the-line equipment, including 4K cameras, to deliver visually stunning results
• A deep understanding of content creation principles and techniques, demonstrated through previous successful projects
• Creative thinking and the ability to push boundaries to create truly innovative and attention-grabbing content
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and advertising teams
• Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and content creation, with a focus on delivering exceptional and engaging content
