IT Support Engineer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for

• · Install experience.
• · Support & Maintenance experience.
• · Software-driven.
• · Self-motivated and self-driven, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
• · The ability to support non-technical end-users and explain complex IT issues/concepts in simple terms.
• · Open to working away including overnight stays.
• · Understanding building/fixing computers, Windows 7 and above.
• · Network set-up and fault finding.
• · General 'Maintenance Person' skills, i.e. fixing monitors to walls, cabling, lighting, camera installation etc..

About You:

We are seeking a fun IT Technician with strong computer skills, self-drive and willingness to learn specialist systems. Reporting directly to the IT Manager in a fast-paced, innovative friendly Company where you would be expected to actively contribute to the direction of the business with the quality of your ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ellesmere Port: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
