Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our NHS Talking TherapiesTALKWORKS service is expanding and we're seeking enthusiastic and passionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our teams across Devon.

Whether you'renewly qualified or an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, we want to hear from you.

If newly qualified, you'll be enrolled on to our well-established and highly-praised Preceptorship Programme to help ease you into your qualified role in a supportive way.

You'll be driven by wanting to improve the psychological health and wellbeing of people across Devon. Working within an NHS Talking Therapies service, you'll be providing low interventions and draw from a range of cognitive behavioural therapy based self-management interventions, for people with mild to moderate common mental health difficulties. We pride ourselves in offering services which maintain fidelity to NICE guidance and the IAPT manual.
