Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

• Tracking and expediting open orders
• Communicating with co-workers and management regarding progress and issues with orders, reconciling, posting and filing vendor invoices
• Credit card transactions
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Writing orders through quick books

Competencies & Requirements:

2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping a plus
Experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel
Experience in Customer Service
Excellent attention to detail
Stellar communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Strong office computer knowledge is required
Consistently exercise sound judgment and discretion

Language Skills:

Ability to read, comprehend and explain documents in English
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English
Spanish is a plus

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Brookdale, CA 95007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
