Part Time/Full time Supervisor- Manston

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking part time experienced cleaning supervisors to join our team at a site in Manston.

the following position is available:

Saturday and Sunday working 7am-2pm (14hours)
Saturday and Sunday working 2pm-9pm (14hours)

• You will be required to supervise and oversee a growing team of 15 staff members and ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
• You will be required to carry out daily visual checks to all areas and ensure all cleaning equipment is regularly checked. Inspection of areas during and after cleaning at each shift.
• You will update the operations managers of any site developments, and ensuring that you respond promptly and positively to any client requests.
• You will be required to carry out daily cleaning as necessary in the absence of cleaning operatives and during busy times.

Previous experience as a supervisor or managing a small team is essential.

• All training and uniform is provided.
• There are limited transport links to this site so having your own transport is essential.
• You will be required to hold a valid UK/EU passport and have 5 years of employment and work references.

£14 per hour.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: £14.00 per hour
