<br>Then we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing group of team members who are willing to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests throughout our four fairground areas.

<br>As a leisure attendant for Butlins you will alternate working across our main fairground, our little stars fairground, our brand-new soft play area and our popular Go-Kart track. With lots of variety, no two days will ever be the same!

Purpose of the role

<br>Greeting and interacting with guests to make them feel welcome.

<br>Operating rides and supervising play areas with a sense of theatre, whilst checking heights to ensure the safety of our guests.

<br>Being able to put yourself into our guest’s shoes in order to exceed their expectations and understand their perspectives in difficult situations.

<br>Working within a team to consistently deliver day-to-day operations to a pristine standard.
