Position
JOB PURPOSE
Operating in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, we are recruiting a Business analyst to join the Merchandising team to support in the development of the strategic plan for our retail business. The Business analyst will be closely working together with a variety of teams including VM, Supply chain, Marketing and will be a key point of reference for the UK retail team to help identify areas of sales growth and opportunities for optimization.

Additional information
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the merchandising manager in everyday product merchandising activities.
- Report to stores about the incoming stock and new arrivals bought for each portfolio.
- Forecast on order quantities based on stock level and sales information, being in line with the supply chain/TSL teams.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels and movements working on the stock rebalancing systematically.
- Deliver any ad hoc administration duties to ensure smooth running of the team.
- Generate reports related to sales and products and new merchandising concepts.
- Produce competition reports, monitoring styles & pricing and assisting in developing new merchandising ideas.
- Work with VM to provide useful insights and create related VM stories in store.
- Support the Open to Buy season with thorough analysis & insights.
- Work with sales advisors to collect feedback and identify new opportunities and improvements.
- Ensure the Marketing & PR teams are up to date with new product entries ensuring fast sell-through.
- Coordinate and support merchandising training on the new assortments to stores.
