Night Healthcare Assisant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Cumbria House Care Home is looking for a Night Carer Assistant to promote and deliver personalised care for our residents.

You will be joining a highly trained team of staff who are committed to caring for our residents with compassion and empathy, promoting high quality care, dignity, independence and freedom of choice.

We are looking for a caring individual who is proactive and strives for excellence. It would also be desirable for this individual to:

• to have gained their Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or be willing to train for this level)
• to have the ability to communicate well
• to be able to organise and prioritise their workload
• to have an interest in developing and learning new skills

Responsibilities will include:

• supporting our residents with all aspects of personal care to a high standard at all times
• identify and meet the social, emotional and cultural needs of residents
• keep documentation and reports to a high standards
• to understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references will be required before employment can commence.
