Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you a plasterer, builder, multi skilled worker

We have been messed around by 3 builders now, we really cant take anymore, we are family run business its an employed position, you get a van and if your great £18-£19 an hour its that simple but and its a big one you MUST be able to deliver excellence this is not a fudge it role we expect decent honest hard working multi skilled people to apply only, we have not the time or inclanation to wait around any more manipulators using our job offer to make themselves feel better or use it to get a raise in the current job.

Fit, strong, healthy

Can turn your hand to most trades and do it properly, carpentry, bathrooms, kitchens, blocks, double glazing the works hence the unicorn! we know you exist

You will be reliable, focused, good time keeper and clean and tidy worker,

You will be paid weekly have a company van ( if required)

You will work in a team and on your own,

Please don't apply if you are not a clean tidy competent worker

Salary: £16.00-£19.00 per hour

• Saltash, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Plastering: 5 years (preferred)
• Masonry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
