Role Overview & Responsibilities

Position: Contract Administrator

Job Description:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for the administration of all contracts with ABL Group. This position will be responsible for managing the entire contract process from proposal to execution. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the contract including pricing, bidding, negotiation, and compliance. The Contract Administrator will also be expected to work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure that all contracts are properly bid and bid properly executed. This position will report to the Director of Purchasing.

Essential Functions:
·Work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure all contracts are properly bid and bid properly executed.
·Work with Purchasing department to ensure all contracts are properly bid and bid properly executed.
·Work with project managers to ensure that all projects are properly configured and executed.
·Responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors are properly trained in project management processes and in working with vendors.

·Responsible for ensuring that projects are properly priced, priced, and priced according to specifications.

·Responsible for ensuring that project schedules are accurately scheduled using appropriate vendor software.
·Assist in managing daily operations of the company including but not limited to payroll, invoicing, inventory control, etc.
·Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required. A bachelor’s degree is acceptable for entry level positions or those wishing to pursue a career in the contracting industry. A Master’s degree is also acceptable but not required or preferred. A Master’s degree is also acceptable but not required or preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is also acceptable but not required or preferred in preparation for entry into the industry or industry practice within a profession-based company.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
